1. We provide access to a multidisciplinary team that are specialists in implementing Infection Prevention compliant programs.
2. Our team will conduct an assessment of the current Infection Prevention Program by:
a. Reviewing the existing Infection Prevention Program
b. Assessing the Facility readiness for Infection Prevention requirements
c. Reviewing the existing Infection Prevention Policies and Procedures
d. Providing an assessment report detailing deficiencies, areas for improvement and areas with sufficient rigor
3. Review and update current Policy and Procedure documentation providing expert insight into CDC and CCLD recommendations specific to the RCFE community
4. Provide onsite department specific Infection Prevention training for staff including all service areas:
a. Caregiving and Medication Management Services
b. Memory Care Services
c. Environmental Services
d. Kitchen, Food Safety and Dining Services
e. Activities, Engagement and Transportation Services
f. Beauty Salon Services
g. Reception and Business Office Services
h. Sales and Administration Services
5. Provide specialized training modules for Sales, Marketing and Administration staff. This training is a dynamic and highly specialized module, designed to train the sales team to showcase specific community safeguards and preventative measures by department which are currently in place. Addressing and adapting prospect concerns as needed to overcome hesitancy to move in and encourage growth in occupancy.
6. Provide guidelines for outside service providers. In recognizing that outside providers may not have consistent practices for infection prevention. This module provides specific Infection prevention guidelines consistent with the Communities overall plan.
7. Provide recognition of your commitment to Resident health and safety
8. Annual N95 Fit Testing and certification available
